Who we are looking for

We are looking for an experience IT professional willing to take on the responsibility to manage and further develop our Saas platform and also playing a leading role in managing all our R&D project and activities. She or He must be a consolidated IT manager with hands-on experience, passion for work and result drive attitude. Capable to lead people by example, creative in problem solving, aspirational in goal setting, practical and reliable in reaching them.

Main Responsibilities

• Report to CTO, as Platform Manager, IT Program Manager. Acting as Deputy CTO when necessary.
• Responsible of the overall Saas platform performance in terms of reliability, response time, Data structure effectiveness and efficiency, scalability, full automatization of all procedures and functionalities.
• Responsible to lead, imagine and deliver the continuous design, development, testing, improvement cycle of the platform.
• Support CTO in managing the IT team and in the project management of all ongoing projects and tasks in the company.
• Coordinating (vice CTO) the IT development team.
• Lead the Documentation and quality assurance related to all Saas Platform and algorithm capabilities
• Support the IP filing process.

Main Skill requirements

• Degree in Computer science or computer engineering, with at least 5 yr+ of hands on and relevant experience, also no degree is acceptable with at least 7 yr+ of working experience.
• Demonstrated capability in the design, development, testing and continuous improvement cycle in complex & High performing Big Data architecture, and in the process automatization with main focus on the front-end/back-end services publishing and microservice & Cloud architectures, serverless architectures.
• Consolidated knowledge of C++, SQL Python, Linux environment.
• Basic knowledge of ML algorithms and how to integrate them into Saas Platforms.
• Consolidated knowledge and experience in setting up and manage IT development team and collaboration environment (Git, etc..).
• Consolidated experience in project management of IT development and R&D activities.
• Knowledge and experience in IT procedure documentation and IP documentation development.
